Welcome to Meraki Vocal Training. By booking any session, class or programme with us you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all students, parents and guardians booking on behalf of a student.

TERMS
PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking through the Meraki Vocal Training website. Your place is confirmed immediately upon successful payment. For course packages full payment is required at the time of booking. For any payment queries use the Contact Us page on our website.
COURSES (6 Week and 12 Week Programmes)
Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking. By completing payment you confirm your place on the programme and your agreement to these terms.

Your start date is chosen by you at checkout. Your free introductory group session must be booked within 14 days of purchase. Failure to book within this period does not entitle you to a refund. The introductory session is a 60 to 90 minute group session held on a Saturday. Adult students attend the afternoon session and youth students attend the morning session. Group size may range from 1 to 12 attendees depending on registration.

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection, a working microphone and a quiet space for each session.

If you need to reschedule a session please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered used unless rescheduled due to a verified emergency. Sessions can be rescheduled to any available slot within your programme term.

If Meraki Vocal Training needs to reschedule a session due to performance commitments or personal circumstances you will be notified as soon as possible and your session will be rescheduled at no loss to you.

Refunds are not available once a programme has begun. If you are unable to continue your programme after it has started your remaining sessions will be held for up to 90 days and can be transferred to a future term at no additional cost. This is a one time transfer per purchase.

If you wish to cancel before your programme begins and before your introductory session has taken place a refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued. No refund is available after the introductory session has taken place.

For youth programmes ages 10 to 17 a parent or guardian must provide written consent before the programme begins via the registration form. The parent or guardian must be present for the introductory session.

Meraki Vocal Training reserves the right to remove a student from the programme without refund in the event of repeated no shows without notice, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour or failure to engage with the programme in good faith.
ONE TO ONE APPOINTMENTS (Pay As You Go)
Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking. Your session slot is confirmed immediately upon successful payment.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will receive a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable. No shows without notice are non-refundable.
GROUP SESSIONS
Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking. For group programme packages full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Group sessions run on fixed recurring dates and times. Saturday morning 10:00am to 11:30am for youth students and Saturday afternoon 12:00pm to 1:30pm for adult students. If you are unable to attend a session it cannot be transferred or credited as group sessions are priced to reflect the group format.

If a group session is cancelled by Meraki Vocal Training a makeup session will be scheduled or a credit will be applied to your account.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
Your membership renews automatically on the same date each month. To cancel your membership please provide 30 days written notice via the Contact Us form on the website before your next renewal date. Cancellations received after the renewal date will take effect the following month.

Sessions included in your monthly membership do not roll over to the following month if unused.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Clients may cancel or reschedule their own bookings online up to 24 hours before their session start time. Cancellations or reschedules requested within 24 hours of the session start time are not permitted online and will be treated as late cancellations in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. Cancellation fees and no show fees are charged automatically in accordance with the cancellation policy.
BOOKING ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER STUDENT
Clients may book on behalf of another participant. The client will receive the order confirmation and receipt. The participant will receive the booking confirmation and session reminders. The client is responsible for ensuring the participant is aware of and agrees to these terms and conditions.
INTAKE FORMS
All new students are required to complete an intake form before their first session. The intake form collects important information including medical history, experience and consent. You will receive your intake form by email after your booking is confirmed. Failure to complete the intake form before your first session may result in the session being postponed until the form is received.
YOUTH STUDENTS (Ages 10 to 17)
A parent or guardian must provide written consent before the programme begins via the registration and intake forms. The parent or guardian must be present for the introductory session. All communication regarding youth students is conducted through the parent or guardian. Meraki Vocal Training is DBS checked and NSPCC safeguarding trained.
CONDUCT AND PARTICIPATION
Meraki Vocal Training reserves the right to remove a student from the programme without refund in the event of repeated no shows without notice, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour or failure to engage with the programme in good faith.

Sessions are for personal development purposes only. Recording of sessions by students is not permitted without prior written consent from Sabrina Diva.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected through booking and intake forms is used solely for the purpose of providing Meraki Vocal Training services. Your information will not be shared with any third party without your consent. All student records are stored securely and confidentially.
GENERAL
Meraki Vocal Training is founded and led by Sabrina Diva. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Meraki Vocal Training reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes by email.
